Welcome to the School's Resources section.
As a former teacher of English and drama, I know what a relief it is to find all the information you're looking for in one place, so you can seamlessly put lesson plans together. The Paper Boats & Butterflies trilogy are most suitable for a young adult audience, Key Stage 3 and above. The themes fit perfectly with the topic of dystopian literature.
Below you can purchase any number of books for your library or English department. The scheme of work that accompanies book one, Unfolding the truth, is available to purchase online and comes as a power point document to download instantly.
To book a workshop or school visit, follow the prompts on the screen and we can book in a date. I have had many happy experiences visiting schools and presenting workshops, so I'd be delighted to discuss with you any thoughts you may have about how we could work together.
If you click the Youtube icon at the top of the screen, you'll be taken to my Youtube channel, where I read all the chapters in book 1. Some schools have taken advantage of this in their classrooms as an alternative way to study book 1.
There's a Q&A video and a workshop video linked below, if you'd like to get to know a bit more about me and my books. Finally, the free resources section, has plenty of fun things for students to enjoy, such as instructions on how to make a paper boat, colour in your own bookmark and how to make bunting to decorate the classroom.
Please don't hesitate to get in touch if there's anything I can help with that's not covered here.
Kind regards Sue
